The MySunrise team have completed a great week of filming with the Digital PROSPER team from the University of Exeter. They completed filming for a suite of introductory and exercise videos that will support delivery of this innovative rehabilitation programme and that will be available through the MySunrise platform.
PROSPER is one of the leading Breast Cancer rehabilitation programmes available today, providing targeted, physiotherapy-led exercise and behavioural support for women at high risk of developing shoulder and arm problems following breast cancer surgery. Backed by clinical evidence published in The BMJ, the PROSPER programme has been shown to significantly reduce long-term arm disability and chronic pain without increasing the risk of complications such as lymphoedema.

MySunrise Director George Brighton said: "Working with the Digital PROSPER team is a real privilege. It's fantastic to now be helping transform this evidence-based programme into a DIGITAL RESOURCE that can be made freely available to breast cancer patients wherever they live. A huge thank you to the brilliant team at the University of Exeter. It's been a pleasure working together and we're excited to see the videos come together over the coming months. Most importantly, we're looking forward to seeing the difference this programme could make for people living with and beyond breast cancer."
