The MySunrise team is excited to announce the launch of a new German version of our award-winning cancer companion app, designed specifically for people with bladder cancer. We are thrilled to promote the new digital pathway at the DGU Kongress 2026 (78. Kongress der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Urologie) in Düsseldorf, Germany, from 16–19 September.
This new German bladder cancer pathway will be available to the more than 30,000 people diagnosed with bladder cancer each year in Germany, as well as those already undergoing treatment or living with the condition. Available in German and English across web and app, it provides personalised information based on bladder cancer type and stage — including non-muscle invasive, muscle invasive and metastatic disease — supporting patients from diagnosis through treatment, follow-up and beyond.
It also includes bespoke videos filmed in German and English to support patients throughout diagnosis and treatment, with information on treatment options and possible side effects.
MySunrise Managing Director George Brighton explain: “We are really excited about developing the MySunrise app for Germany. We have taken the expertise and knowledge that we have developed here in the UK and applied it German cancer patients, to give them an information app which is second to none.”
MySunrise will be available in Germany as a free to download app for smartphones on iOS and Android, and will also be available via a dedicated German web app (web.mysunrise.info/de).
